3D Interior models for real time applications are created using highly accurate geo-data and architectural drawings. They are used by security teams, first responders, ground level training sessions and by operators of command-and-control systems. The ability to walk through the building, requires ultra high resolutions at around ~2cm/ pixel. In addition, because of their fidelity and high realism, they can also be used  as a live and real-time safety and security plan, that could be used by first respondents in emergencies. Interior 3D models are also used in SWAT team training and simulation, training in military operations in urban terrain, mission rehearsals, and even architectural planning.
